Generally, license is a legal term between you (the user of the artwork or the licensee) and the artist (the rightful owner of the artwork or the licensor). In which, the artist grants you certain permissions to use their artworks per the terms and conditions as included in the license, whereas you will use their artwork only within but not beyond the limitations of the terms under that license granted by the artist.

In NK Artbox Shop, upon your purchase, the license you choose will be sent to you by NK Artbox on behalf of the artist, together with the digital assets you purchase towards the email you fill during the purchase process. Please make sure to fill the correct email and name, and keep the license file and receipt with you for your record.

In short, divide 'the dimension in pixels of the digital image' by 'the dimension in inches as the size you want to print'. As long as the result is above 150, the print quality must be decent.

As an explanation, that result is called "resolution". Its unit is pixels/dots per inch (dpi). The dimensions are calculated based on the resolution. The typical resolution for printing is 300dpi. The resolution can be as low as 100dpi to get a good quality print. Lower than 100dpi may result in a relatively poor quality print.
